About This Site
Columbus Commercial Refrigeration operates a commercial refrigeration service request line for the Columbus, Ohio metro. The site is not itself a commercial refrigeration contractor. Service requests are routed to a local commercial refrigeration provider when one is available and the request fits the provider's service area, equipment capability, and schedule.
No Guarantee of Service
Use of this website and submission of a service request does not create a contract for service. Provider availability, estimated time of arrival, rate structure, scope of work, and any warranty terms are confirmed directly between the requesting facility and the dispatched provider before work begins.
Commercial Use Only
The service request line is for commercial refrigeration equipment only. No residential refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, HVAC, automotive AC, or appliance repair requests will be routed.
Information Accuracy
You agree that the information you provide in any service request is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have authority to request service for the facility involved.
Provider Credentials
Service partners in the network are required to maintain appropriate Ohio licensing for the work they perform, EPA Section 608 certifications for refrigerant handling under federal regulations, and general liability and workers compensation coverage consistent with commercial refrigeration work. Documentation of credentials and insurance can be requested from the dispatched provider.
Limitation of Liability
The website and the request line are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Columbus Commercial Refrigeration disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of use of the website or service requests submitted through it.
Intellectual Property
All site content — text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Columbus Commercial Refrigeration and may not be reproduced without permission.
Changes
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated date.
